AA Thought for the Day

June 15, 2006

A New Life

AA found me. I found a new life in AA,
a life filled with challenge, promise, and hope.
There have been many times when I've felt inadequate
to meet life's demands,
but AA and the Twelve Steps have always helped me find a way.
I continue to sponsor women in AA
and attend meetings regularly, including a Step Study group.
I love Alcoholics Anonymous.
I love and cherish my life in recovery.
My fervent prayer for each and every one of us
is that AA will be there. one day at a time, forever.
- Fairleigh M., sober since May 1964.

Thought to Ponder....
