AA Thought for the Day

January 6, 2004

(GR)Attitude

My attitude is my own personal culture,
my way of perceiving and thinking and feeling.
AA has taught me another way of thinking and feeling,
based on love, trust, and service.
Through it, my negative attitudes have been changed
into positive ones;
hate/resentment have become love/forgiveness;
selfishness has become service;
and isolation became community in AA.
And a nice thing about it is that this is an ongoing process.
I am never done; I am evolving.
I always have more to look forward to,
and I like it like way.
