AA Thought for the Day

Lessons

Above all, AA taught me how to handle sobriety.
I have learned how to relate to people;
before AA, I could never do that comfortably without alcohol.
I have learned how to deal with disappointments and problems
that once would have sent me right to the bottle.
I have come to realize that the name of the game
is not so much to stop drinking
as to stay sober.

Thought to Ponder....

I'm always ready to learn,
although I do not always like being taught.
